Navigation data
The computer systems and software procedures responsible for the operation of this website acquire, in the course of their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
This is information that is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects, but that by their very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.
This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users connecting to the site, the addresses in URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numeric code indicating the status of the response given by the server (good end, error, etc.) and other parameters related to the operating system and the computer environment of the user.
This data is used on this site for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning. The data may be used to ascertain liability in case of hypothetical computer crimes against the site. For these data, and only for the aforementioned purpose, it is not necessary to request consent.

The c.d. session cookies used in this site avoid the use of other computer techniques potentially detrimental to the confidentiality of users' browsing and do not allow the acquisition of personal data identifying the user.

OPTIONAL PROVISION OF DATA
Apart from what is specified for navigation data, the user is free to provide personal data for the request for services and/or information. Failure to provide them may make it impossible to obtain what is required.

The data controller does not use automated processes, including profiling, to achieve the purposes set out in this statement.

TIME LIMITS FOR PROCESSING
The Data Controller will process personal data for the time necessary to fulfil the above purposes and in any case for no more than 2 years from the acquisition of the data for the purposes of processing.

RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS
Pursuant to Arts. 15 - 22 G.D.P.R., the data subject has the right to ask the data controller for access to your personal data or the rectification or cancellation of the same or the limitation of the processing concerning it, or has the right to oppose their processing, in addition to the right to request the portability of the data themselves.
The request can be made by email or fax or by registered mail with the subject: "request from the interested party" specifying in the request the right that the interested party wants to exercise (cancellation, rectification, portability, oblivion), together with a valid e-mail address/pec to which to deliver the feedback.
The data controller or, any person appointed by the same, will proceed to comply with the request within 30 days from the date of receipt. If the answer is complex, the time could be extended to a further 30 days, subject to timely communication to the same interested party.
If it considers it appropriate to assert its rights, it has the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority, corresponding to the National Data Protection Authority, based in Palazzo Monte Citorio 121, Rome.
