Work-hardened strips
Work-hardened strips are defined as such in that they undergo work-hardening via cold rolling, resulting in an overall variation of the physical-mechanical properties of the steel: tensile strength, hardness, elastic limit at the expense of elongation, necking, and resilience are all increased. The surface will result matte and tending to gray. As the corrosion resistance decreases, the electric resistivity increases.
